Elucidate Mechanisms of Disease and Unlock Novel Treatments

This grant is open to all human disease researchers and will provide an opportunity to use Arima technology to:

• Detect and discover structural variants, including novel gene fusions
• Link chromatin conformation to impacts on gene regulation
• Understand the role of spatial and temporal changes in the 3D genome on disease stage and treatment response

Learn how 3D Genomics can advance your human health and disease research.

Apply for the 3D Genomics for Disease Research Grant

We are offering two types of awards for this grant to help scientists use Arima technology in their research.

Kit Award

Want to try out Arima technology in your own lab? Apply to win a free Arima Kit + Library prep bundle of your choice valued at up to $5,000

Services Award

Want the expertise of Arima scientists from start to finish? Apply to win an end-to-end services project valued at up to $20,000
