About the Workshop:
Discover the Power of 3D Genomics
Wednesday, December 14, 2022 | 1:30 PM ET
NYU Langone Medical Center | Science Building; Ground Floor; G 06 CR
Join us for a lunch and learn, surrounding the power of 3D genomics, with an introduction to promoter capture HiC and single cell Hi-C. The workshop will include presentations from two NYU scientists, who have used Arima Hi-C technology in their genomics work.
- Theodoros Sakellaropoulos, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Skok Lab, will present on his work on the regulation of cancer driver genes via chromatin looping with distal CpG islands.
- Soobeom Lee, Graduate Student of the Aifantis Lab, will present on single-cell multi-omics technology that profiles chromatin 3D structure and chromatin accessibility.
Lastly, Kevin Celestrin, Strategic Account Executive at Arima Genomics, will present on the company’s Hi-C technology and product updates from the world of 3D genomics
Lunch will be provided to all registrants. We hope to see you there!
