Discover the Power of 3D Genomics

Join us for a lunch and learn on the power of 3D genomics, with an introduction to promoter capture Hi-C and single cell Hi-C. The workshop will include presentations from two NYU Langone Health scientists, who have used Arima Hi-C technology in their genomics work.
- Theodoros Sakellaropoulos, PhD, a postdoctoral fellow at the Skok Lab, will present on his work on the regulation of cancer driver genes via chromatin looping with distal CpG islands.
- Soobeom Lee, a graduate student in the Aifantis Lab, will present on single-cell multi-omics technology that profiles chromatin 3D structure and chromatin accessibility.
- Kevin Celestrin, strategic account executive at Arima Genomics, will present on the company’s Hi-C technology and product updates from the world of 3D genomics.
